Monthly charge of $49.00 ($200.00 for 8 sessions) Monthly evaluations include 30 minute phone consultation and revised diet and workout plan.

  COMING IN FEBRUARY- I will be adding 20 10
  minute workout programs for members to
  download to learn to do the exercises properly
  and safely. Also, our initial consultation and
  monthly update will be offered via video
  conferencing. I will be adding a recipe section
  so the diets will have more variety, taste
  better and be easier to follow. Also, you will
  be able to order the very best supplements
  and diet aids (including food items) at my
  site.

All programs are individualized and based on client's goals, current fitness level and any physical limitations.
